The senior season is winding down...

School has started and I am still photographing seniors! I am finally getting a few more posted for everyone to see...

Here's Tyler, who had me laughing the entire session. He is quite a character! This was a favorite image from the park.

Ross came in for his session a while back--seems like ages ago. Sorry, Ross, for taking so long to post this! I love the casual look here, and how his eyes catch the light.

Here's Nicole in a great image. She brought a pastel pink top that worked really well with the tie-dye background I used here. I have had this backround in a drawer for over a year--thanks, Nicole, for inspiring me to find it and actually use it!

What a SMILE!

Is this not the cutest newborn smile you have ever seen?

I love this image of Amanda & Alex with their newest addition, Jonah. He was the cutest, tiniest, little thing I have ever seen! He had so many expressions, I was amazed when I saw the images! He also was SOOO relaxed. He was a joy to photograph!

Jonah wins the Best Baby contest for this month!!!

G-Prep Yearbook

FYI--For those of you who attend Gonzaga Prep, your yearbook pictures have been submitted to the school!

Mari

Mari comes in today to view her senior pictures, and I am JUST NOW getting one up on the blog for her to preview! I'm a bit behind but catching up!
This is a great one we did in one of my favorite spots--the bridge at Cannon Hill Park. Beautiful weather helped make Mari's session a really nice one. Mari's fun attitude and great expressions were more a factor, however!
Can't wait for you to see your images!

My Buddy, Mason

Wow! Mason was a riot! He came for his 3 month pictures (OK, he's almost 4 months!) with mom and grandma. He was a cornucopia of expressions--all of them cute, of course. We tried to get some images of him sitting, then on his tummy, but that didn't last long. He's seen here standing up--his preferred position. What a kid! I know he is a joy to his family. Look at him! How could he not be?

Seniors Near and Far

Josh came all the way from Riverside to have his senior portraits taken! Although there were so many to choose from, we both agreed that this one was particularly nice!

Emma

Emma came in today to view her images. I am just now posting her on the blog--so sorry to be so slow, Emma! Emma had so many good images I just couldn't choose which to post. This one is kind of "out there", but there's something about it that I love. Hope you do too!!

Two More...

I am once again getting behind in posting images from my senior sessions! So sorry to those that are anxiously awaiting their images!
Today, I am finally getting around to posting Ethan and Kate. They'll both be here tomorrow to see their images. I am so happy with the variety of images we got in both of their sessions, and I can't wait to show them!

I enjoy photographing each and every senior...no kidding! I hope that the images I create for each of you are reflective of who you are, and help tell YOUR story!

Melissa & Lauren

Summer is officially over now that school has started...but I am still booking and photographing seniors! There are still some session times available--but not many!
I work hard to create unique images of each senior. Last week I photographed Melissa and Lauren. These are two of my favorites from the session.

Two Great Sessions

The top image was taken just the other day in Laine's backyard. I love the color of the pool water in the background, not to mention her great eyes and smile! We got lots of fun images of Laine, and even a few with her dog, Meg!

Going to other locations for portrait sessions is a treat for me. It forces me to push the envelope and not rely on the set ups, areas, and props I see day in and day out.

Michelle is the subject of the next portrait. She was a fabulous subject and we got so many fantastic images I was amazed! Michelle will be entering the model competition put on by the Senior Portrait Atrists, a national professional photography association that I belong to. She could win a trip to Vegas in January! It's pretty exciting!
